This article explains how to create a new email address/mailbox in your Serene Digital hosting account. For 3rd party email hosting such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 see their respective articles.

  1. Login to your Client Dashboard

  2. Click on your hosting product.
  3. Click on Email Accounts
  4. You should be taken to the Email Accounts page. Click the Create button
  5. Then enter your new email address, create a password, and click Create.
  6. The new email address has been created. To login to the new mailbox, click Check Email.
  7. Tick the checkbox Open my inbox when I login. Then click Open.
  8. You’re inbox will open.
  9. The email in the inbox contains the configuration settings for setting up MacMail, Windows Mail and iOS devices.
