This article explains how to create a new email address/mailbox in your Serene Digital hosting account. For 3rd party email hosting such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 see their respective articles.
- Login to your Client Dashboard
https://clients.serenedigital.com.au
- Click on your hosting product.
- Click on Email Accounts
- You should be taken to the Email Accounts page. Click the Create button
- Then enter your new email address, create a password, and click Create.
- The new email address has been created. To login to the new mailbox, click Check Email.
- Tick the checkbox Open my inbox when I login. Then click Open.
- You’re inbox will open.
- The email in the inbox contains the configuration settings for setting up MacMail, Windows Mail and iOS devices.
